Industrial accidents are always lying in wait on a building site, even in a high profile sector like restoration and luxury construction. That is why Dottor Group is so strict about promoting a new, modern approach concerning safety and health in the workplace. In-house awareness campaigns are periodically organised directly, on the site, in cooperation with national and international bodies, like the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, Inail (institute for insurance against industrial accidents) and Spisal (health and safety in the workplace units). Periodic training courses are held at every level of the firm.

Dottor Group also provides all employees and associates with top quality individual and collective protection devices. Strict safety regulations are observed in the planning and setting up of sites. Lastly, experienced employees and master tradesmen assist newly qualified personnel during the gradual process of acquiring knowledge, professional experience and specialised skills.
The most obvious result? The number of on site accidents dropped significantly, and the firm received a valued recognition, the Azienda Sana (healthy firm) award in 2007.
