Dottor Group is certified according to legislation OHSAS 18001:2007.
The acronym OHSAS means Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, identifies an international standard that establishes requirements that must have a management system to ensure safety and health of workers. With the entry into force of 2007 the focus shifts on the administration and then gradually reducing the health risks rather than on security.

The Dottor Group firm is certified according to regulation UNI EN ISO 9001:2008: our quality management system possesses all the requirements, including those for planning, for categories OG1, OG2, OG11, OS2 and OS25.
The application of the requirements of the regulation concerned covers Dottor Group spa organisation in its work of restructuring and restoring civil and industrial buildings and listed buildings, whether the work is done directly by the firm or contracted out. This enables us to achieve the objectives set out in the Quality Policy, which are for the products and processes to comply with the requirements specified as well as the applicable compulsory ones, always aiming at improvement and at increasing customer satisfaction.

Dottor Group Spa, holds SOA Certificate n° 9573/04/00 issued by Euro-Soa, with five-year validity expiring on 23.07.2011, for the following categories and classifications:
1. cat. OG2 Restoration and maintenance of buildings listed according to the regulations on cultural property - Class. VIII (over € 15,493,707);
2. cat. OG1 Civil and Industrial Buildings – concerns the building, maintenance or renovation of buildings needed for carrying out any human activity, direct or indirect, complete with the necessary structures, systems and finishings of any kind, including related, supplementary and ancillary work - Class. V (up to € 5,164,569);
3. cat. OG11 Technology Systems – Concerns the supply, installation, maintenance or renovation of a coordinated set of heating, ventilation and air conditioning plants, of plumbing, gas and fire-protection systems, of anti-intrusion systems, of electrical, telephone and TV systems and data transmission networks etc. - Class. IV (up to € 2,582,284);

4. cat. OS2 Decorated surfaces and movable property of historic and artistic importance – concerns doing restoration and routine and remedial maintenance of decorated surfaces of architectural property and of movable property of historic, artistic and archaeological importance - Class. V (up to € 5,164,569).
5. cat. OS25 Concerns archeological excavations and strictly related works - Class. II (up to € 516,457).
This certificate is essential and compulsory for participating in public tenders.
This qualification enables our firm to participate in the qualification phase for carrying out work in the categories and for the amounts listed above.
